PIXERS will check the product(s) within seven working days and, if they meet the above requirements, send you two copies of the refund invoice by first class mail. Please sign one of the copies and return it to us, and PIXERS will refund you your payment within 14 working days.

Right of withdrawal does not apply when the product is affected by mechanical damage of external origin.

Delivery may take 7 to 21 working days as each product is manufactured on demand after payment is made.

File preparation, printing, drying, quality control and packaging take up around 80% of the total waiting time, while the actual delivery takes up the rest.
