Delivery may take 7 to 21 working days as each product is manufactured on demand after payment is made.

File preparation, printing, drying, quality control and packaging take up around 80% of the total waiting time, while the actual delivery takes up the rest.

We package each product carefully in bubble wrap and ship with DHL Express Worldwide.

Complaints and Returns

1. Damaged parcel


Please check the parcel carefully upon receipt. If you notice any damage, open it in front of the courier and create a " Claims document."

We will resend the product within 10 working days without any additional cost or give you a full refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept a claim for shipping damage if you haven’t confirmed it with the courier upon receipt of the parcel.



2. Wrong or defective product


If you notice something wrong with the product, after the courier leaves, including:

  • wrong size
  • wrong material
  • incomplete set,

please contact us and send us a photo to contact@pixersize.com. We'll send a courier to pick it up from you [at no additional cost].

We will resend the product within 10 working days without any additional cost or give you a full refund.

Please NOTE 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange or refund claims for colour differences, which result from the differences in computer screen and print colour reproduction, as well as any damage by the customer. 

Please include a proof of purchase and all the elements that were sent to you in the parcel.



3. Returns


If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it within 180 days, providing it’s in perfect, unopened condition.

Exceptions
We do not accept returns:

  • relating to goods which have been ordered and will be used for the purpose pursued by the client business.

When returning your item(s), please include a proof of purchase and the number of the account where you wish to receive your refund. PIXERS will check the product(s) within seven working days and, if they meet the above requirements, send you two copies of the refund invoice by first class mail. Please sign one of the copies and return it to us, and PIXERS will refund you your payment within 14 working days.

Right of withdrawal does not apply when the product is affected by mechanical damage of external origin.

Of course. When selecting a product, you can also crop the image and change colours. If you’d like to make it even more bespoke, please describe your exact requirements in the comment-box. Our designers will then get in touch with you to discuss the details. The price will depend on your requirements.

12. I just placed an order online. Can I check its status?
We will keep you informed via e-mail about the status of your order:
- accepted - the information that the order has been successful,
- in progress - payment to pixersize.com has gone through,
- in production - your artwork is being printed,
- sent - your parcel has been turned over the courier. You will also get an e-mail with a package tracking number to track its progress.



13. Do the colours on print match the colours I see on the screen?
Colours you see on the screen may differ slightly from the actual print colours. 
These differences may result from your screen’s settings.



14. What if I have not found a suitable offer for me?

15. I received the goods wholly or partly inconsistent with my order. What to do?

We use the latest technology and materials. Our inks are odourless and harmlessto humans and the environment.



17. If I type any size print, it won't distort the picture?
If the dimensions you have selected make the image appear distorted, one of our support staff will get in touch with you to discuss the problem. There are two ways of dealing with this, we can either change the artwork dimensions or crop the image in a different way to make it fit. Regardless of the option chosen, we’ll contact you first to confirm any changes.
