Appeal to all readers of the blog below. Do not dispose of newspapers! They may be even useful to you. The best designers can prove that. I’ve found some photographs that are sure to be an inspiration for you. Like for me. Wallpapers made from newspapers are ideal for indoor recreation and these more formal rooms. The look good in a very classical surroundings as well as in the modernist. Amazingly, newspaper wallpapers present themselves well in the toilets and bathrooms. Pure DIY. We need just a bit of aesthetic sense and a little patience.

Interior design industry isn’t different from the clothing industry. Here and there the old trends come back. Year 2011 is the year of Florence Broadhurst, a designer from Australia. Back to 60s. At that time, Broadhurst opened a factory of hand-painted wallpapers. Then it was the only such factory in the world. All went well until the mysterious murder of 15 October 1977. It’s hard to imagine a greater succes. Her wallpapers were exported all over the world (London, New York, Paris, Madrid, Kuwait) and adorned the walls of the biggest names in show business.
